FAMILY GUIDANCE & EVIDENCE SUPPORT

Less overwhelm.
A clearer next step.

Your family’s experience deserves to be understood. We help you organise documents, understand what reports say, put everyday experiences into words and prepare practical next steps with the people supporting you.

START HERE

A free 20-minute introduction

Tell us what's happening, ask questions and see whether we're the right fit. You only pay if you choose to proceed with an agreed service.

Arrange a conversation

Begin with the $210 introductory package. If you need more help, the three stages below offer a clear pathway: understand the information, coordinate what is missing, then prepare your family’s documents and next steps. Each stage is optional and separately agreed. You do not have to purchase every stage.

STAGE ONE · EVIDENCE REVIEW & PREPARATION

Evidence Review & Roadmap

$350 AUD · including GST

Understand what you already have, what needs clarification and what to do next. We bring your supplied information together into a written roadmap, with the depth of review agreed before starting.

  • A register of the agreed NDIS, diagnostic, therapy, education and support documents you supply
  • A plain-language summary of the information and recommendations already recorded
  • An evidence-gap map showing useful information, missing documents and points that need clarification
  • Questions and requests to discuss with your treating professionals, including occupational therapy and speech pathology where relevant
  • A practical action timetable with priorities and responsibilities
  • Your written Stage One roadmap to refer back to
Discuss Stage One

A separate fixed-fee package. Scope and written approval are agreed before work begins.

STAGE TWO · PROVIDER LIAISON & COORDINATION

Evidence Coordination

$250 AUD · including GST

Turn the roadmap into organised follow-through. With your written permission, we contact the agreed providers or services, clarify what has been requested and keep you informed.

  • Liaison with up to four approved providers or services
  • Agreed requests for relevant reports, factual observations or clarification, including from school or support services where appropriate
  • Confirmation sought on report scope, costs and expected completion dates
  • One reasonable follow-up with each approved provider or service, within a total two-hour liaison allowance
  • A consolidated written progress update covering information received, outstanding requests and recommended next steps
  • You choose who we contact and what information we may share; providers remain responsible for their own reports
Discuss Stage Two

Allied health assessments, professional report fees and additional work are excluded. Any additional work requires separate written approval.

STAGE THREE · FAMILY DOCUMENTATION & REVIEW PREPARATION

Your family’s story, clearly documented

Scope & fee agreed first

Help turn your family’s experiences and the information gathered into clear, organised documents for an agreed meeting, review or next step.

The written quote identifies which of these tasks you need:

  • Draft or organise a family statement in your own words, including strengths, priorities, everyday examples and the support already helping
  • Prepare factual support or progress summaries from agreed records and observations, clearly identifying who supplied each account and when
  • Bring reports together into an indexed document pack, with a timeline and outstanding-information checklist
  • Prepare meeting questions, a discussion agenda and an updated action list
  • Review the agreed draft documents with you for accuracy before any authorised sharing
Discuss Stage Three

The quote sets the documents, time allowance, revisions and delivery dates. Meeting attendance, further liaison or extra work are included only if expressly agreed. No automatic fee or ongoing commitment.

These are private family guidance and evidence-support packages, separate from our NDIS support coordination service. These private packages are not offered as plan-billed support coordination. Each package is a separate fee; there is no automatic enrolment in the next stage. You can seek guidance without joining an animal-based program or having an NDIS plan. We help organise and explain existing information and document factual accounts. Clinical interpretation, diagnoses and clinical reports remain with qualified treating professionals. We do not alter their conclusions or guarantee access, funding or a review outcome.

Help with the paperwork, while keeping your voice.

You might have a collection of reports but be unsure what they mean together, need help describing everyday support needs, or want your questions ready before a school or provider meeting. We can help organise what you have and document what matters to your family.

We keep first-hand observations, your family’s account and professional findings clearly distinguished. Your strengths and preferences belong alongside support needs. You review the agreed documents, and choose what can be shared and with whom.

PRIVATE ONGOING GUIDANCE

ONGOING FAMILY GUIDANCE

A familiar person alongside you

$360 AUD per month · including GST

  • Up to 2½ hours for agreed tasks, including preparation, correspondence and notes
  • A brief monthly progress summary within the three-hour allowance

Discuss monthly guidance

No long minimum commitment. Payment, renewal, cancellation and unused-time arrangements are agreed in writing before you begin.

Dog-assisted sessions, direct support work and The Next Step Program have their own scope and pricing, agreed separately before booking. Monthly guidance includes three hours in total, rather than unlimited contact.

NDIS SUPPORT COORDINATION

Make your plan work for you.

Practical support for NDIS participants to understand their plan, connect with providers and coordinate the supports that matter to them.

CHARGED HOURLY

Hourly rates in line with current NDIS pricing

Enquire about support coordination

We can help you understand your supports, explore provider options, coordinate services and build confidence in managing your plan. Suitability depends on your plan funding, how your plan is managed and the support you need.

NDIS support coordination is a separate service from our private family guidance packages. You do not need to purchase a private package to enquire. View current NDIS pricing information.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

It's okay to have questions.

Do I need an NDIS plan to get started?

No. Families can enquire about private guidance and programs without an NDIS plan. If you hope to use plan funds, discuss the service and payment arrangements before booking.

How is NDIS support coordination charged?

At an agreed hourly rate within the applicable current NDIS price limits. We confirm your funding, plan management arrangements, support item and rate before services begin. This is separate from privately funded family guidance and evidence-support packages.

Can you help me understand and prepare reports?

Yes. We can organise supplied documents, summarise their recorded recommendations in plain language, help draft your family statement and prepare factual support summaries from agreed information. If a clinical finding is unclear, we help you prepare questions for its author. We do not diagnose, conduct clinical assessments or write an occupational therapy, psychological or other clinical report.

Do I have to buy all three stages?

No. Start with the free introduction so we can discuss what you need. The $210 introductory package and each later stage are separate services. We explain the scope and fee before you decide. Stage Three is quoted for the documents and preparation you actually need, with no automatic enrolment or payment.

Does every service involve dogs?

No. Family guidance, document review and provider liaison can focus entirely on your family's information and next steps. Animal-based activities are a separate support option.

What if I don't know which option we need?

Start with the free 20-minute introduction. You can explain what's happening in your own words. We'll talk through whether and how we can help, with no obligation to buy a package.

What should I send with my first enquiry?

Your name, the support you're interested in and a brief message are enough. Please don't send diagnoses, reports or sensitive personal documents in your first enquiry. We'll agree on a suitable way to share documents if we proceed.

How do you plan for individual support needs?

Before a program or individual session, we discuss communication, sensory preferences, allergies, comfort around animals and the support a participant needs. Suitability and arrangements are agreed before booking.
